Founded by La Prensa Texas, We the Women is free to join and rooted in truth, unity, and collective strength. “We are not becoming powerful. We are remembering that we already are.”
The We the Women National Pledge
We the Women National Pledge We the Women pledge to rise together with love, respect, truth, and unity we leave behind jealousy, gossip, backstabbing, and the “crabs in a bucket” mentality. We do not compete to destroy one another. We support women in our communities, our industries, and our movements because there is enough room for all of us. When a woman wins fairly, we honor her. When she rises, we rise with her. We build up, open doors, and create space for the next generation to lead. We are not against men. We believe in love, respect, family, partnership, and balance. We pledge to tell our true histories, including the stories of women who held power, led communities, and carried strength before colonization tried to erase them. We are taking our seat back not by tearing others down, but by remembering her win is our win.
I AM PART OF WE THE WOMEN.
